Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup well-drained mandarin oranges
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup well-drained pineapple chunks
1 cup sweetened dried coconut
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons orange liqueur, or syrup (optional)
Directions - Ambrosia Salad Recipe:
In a large bowl gently combine all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate the ambrosia salad for about 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
Serve salad as is, on pineapple rings, or in lettuce cups.
Recipe yields 4 - 6 servings of ambrosia salad.
